YeriYoga

Empecé a practicar yoga en 1997 en el Centro de Danza Contemporánea de Angers, Francia y en 2005 comencé a enseñar yoga en Dock11 Berlín. Desde entonces he desarrollado un método con una estructura clara que me permita crear clases con combinaciones de secuencias siempre nuevas.  

Enseño Vinyasa Flow, una forma de yoga dinámica y sobre todo creativa. Las secuencias de ejercicios de movimiento, respiración y relajación ofrecen flujos suaves donde todo el cuerpo y la mente se mueven en conexión con la respiración y la intención de la práctica misma. El aquí y ahora es la fuerza guía de cada clase y se cubren varios temas que es importante que todos recordemos o mantengamos en nuestra conciencia.
A través de mi experiencia como maestra de danza,  de yoga, Pilates y mi experiencia en las Artes Marciales, he desarrollado una comprensión del cuerpo, la mente y la creatividad de la que extraigo mis clases de movimiento. 

Mi intención al impartir clases de Yoga y Movimiento es compartir un espacio de conexión con uno mismo y el espacio en el que vivimos, sentir el momento presente y fluir con flexibilidad en nuestra vida.

Method created by ®Yeri Anarika YERIYOGA® is a creative yoga method developed by ®Yeri Anarika through more than 30 years of experience in dance, martial arts, somatic practices, and stage creation. It is a living and evolving practice that explores body awareness, perception, creativity, and presence through movement. Since 1997, Yeri has practiced yoga continuously, integrating it with contemporary dance, ballet, physical theatre, Pilates, functional training, and embodied awareness practices. In 2005 she began teaching yoga in Berlin, gradually developing her own methodology that combines movement dramaturgy, breathwork, and creative flow, using yoga as a structural foundation. Each YERIYOGA® class is a unique composition built intuitively from the present moment, the group, and the shared energy in the space. For this reason, no class is ever repeated. Sessions combine fluid and structured sequences called ArtFlow, integrating mobility, strength, coordination, breath, relaxation, meditation, and pranayama. The practice is active, dynamic, and deeply present. Creativity, concentration, joy, and body awareness are at the center of every class, allowing practitioners to connect more deeply with themselves while feeling strong, free, and grounded in their bodies. Yeri teaches with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care for people. Her constant smile and joyful energy create a safe, creative, and human space where movement becomes connection and community. Since 2025, Yeri Anarika has also been teaching Aerial Yoga at Academia Jangada, expanding YERIYOGA® into an aerial and playful dimension that combines awareness, creativity, exploration, and fun. YERIYOGA® is open to all ages and levels. More than a physical practice, it is an artistic and embodied path that integrates discipline, intuition, creativity, and consciousness into a contemporary movement experience.
